VPD | Trough elevator

The VPD Dosing Conveyor is specifically designed to offer gentle handling of a wide range of vegetables. Two or three elevators can be connected through an articulated joint to make a combined conveying unit. The VPD Mobile Elevator is ideal for transporting crop into a storehouse - it can cooperate with equipment designed to put crop into piles.

PVC or rubber belts are used, depending on the kind of handling. The elevators can be connected through a simple or telescopic joint (alteration of the charge point).

Electrical drives with independent speed regulation for each elevator (variable-speed transmission units) or, optionally, adjustable-speed drives for all elevators (inverter).  The working height can be regulated by a hydraulic cylinder or transmission; the undercarriage is mounted on wheels.
