PRP | Roller presizer

The PRP Spool Sizer is designed to be used in conjunction with a roller sizer to separate beetroots, celeriac and other vegetables whose size exceeds the maximum sorting capacity of a roller sizer. The working element consists of a series of rotating acid resistant rollers with adjusted spacing which let through the crop suitable for further processing on a roller sizer.

The remaining crop can be transported through an additional set of conveyors to the largest roller sizer or directly into a pallet container located behind the machine.

The working speed is regulated by a variable-speed transmission unit.
